Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times (United States):

• Standard: 5–7 business days

• Expedited: 2–3 business days

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at lumoraprojectorss@gmail.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
