RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Lumora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping:

• If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.

• If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
